Your enchants and gems look good. You do need some gear upgrades, but nothing that would not be easily obtained from raiding. My concern is your desire to raid paired with the fact that I only see a DPS spec and that you are melee DPS at that.

DPS always struggle to stand out from the crowd just to have a chance at participating in raids. Tanks and heals are "needed," and those positions are always filled first for any raid, but as DPS, we have to work harder to set ourselves apart and become "wanted" since we are not as "needed" as tanks and heals. Melee DPS in particular are at a distinct disadvantage in this regard. I have two questions for you: What do you believe, makes you stand out from the crowd? and If your primary purpose in joining the guild is to raid, what is an acceptable wait time in your mind to do so?

While we are always looking for new, friendly, raiders, I would not want you to join and feel frustrated by not immediately being placed on a 10 man ICC team or a 25 man ICC team. Shadow Warriors is home to those who enjoy raiding, PvP, leveling, or just working on achievements. We welcome many and there is not pressure to play the game in any way other than what is enjoyable to you.
